Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Brand Care Limited located in Kampala. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular sales reports to their manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Printing, packaging and branding industry is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus
- Sales skills: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and work effectively in a team
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales software
