Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the company secretarial function by preparing and uploading all necessary documents.
- Coordinate business trips, events, and insurance communications.
- Handle registrations, invoices, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to all departments.
- Communicate with wtw’s it support for technical matters.
- Manage internet, printers, laptops, and mobile setups.
- Update access control and coordinate security certificates.
- Support fire and safety plans and business continuity.
- Organize nps and quality index surveys.
- Collaborate on clients lists.
- Handle personal lines business.
- Manage office petty cash.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate in insurance
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office programs
