Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure recovery of all NPLs and written off loans in line with the budget.
- Handle customer complaints with delight and efficiency
- Meet and exceed targets- motivated self-starter operating with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality of Letshego Uganda Limited information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to come up with new ideas and a fresh respective.
- A flexible attitude towards work (Work-life balance)
- Ability to communicate written and orally with all levels of the organisation/ external parties.
- Planning & Organising
- Problem Solving and Analytical
- Delivering Results and meeting customer (internal and external) expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have good judgment and decision making ability- as well as TEAM PLAYER.
- Be corrupt /fraud free and of good conduct
- Have a positive attitude towards LUI work and mission and believe in provision of financial services in alleviation of poverty.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Be organized, detail – oriented and willingness to learn and develop.
