Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure customer retention, recruitment and good customer service.
- Stock reconciliation and balancing for white products, Lubricants and LPG
- To ensure safety and housekeeping at the Station.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional way.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree / diploma in accounting, marketing or related field.
- One year of sales-related work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Ability to work upcountry
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good phone etiquette to enhance building customer relations
- Age: Above 30 years
