Job Summary:   Talis Consults is providing a three-month internship opportunity for an exceptional student or recent graduate ready to explore a career in the management consulting sector. We are committed to providing the intern with a meaningful learning experience where he/she is able to learn, grow, and connect alongside other emerging professionals who are passionate about our mission. This Position is based in KAMPALA.




Key Duties and Responsibilities:  As an Intern – Admin & Office Management, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the management of office equipment or supplies, maintenance and service contracts and systems.
  • Support the management of the Firm’s telecommunications systems and provide general support to staff.
  • Proactively manage, coordinate and organize activities and schedules for the Directors, and other senior team members.
  • Support in business development and marketing.
  • Access weekly professional development and coaching delivered by Talis People and Culture.
  • Be surrounded by people who motivate and inspire you.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Current Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate (within 2 years) in a reputable university.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the entire internship period.
  • Able to utilize the latest technology, research, analytics, and data-driven insights to help design and execute critical programs for our Firm.
  • Have a fearless personality, strong English communication skills (written, spoken and reading) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
