Job Summary: The HR Graduate Trainee learns and offers support to the HR team and ensures efficiency and seamless HR practices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with HR team to ensure efficient on-boarding process
- Provide administrative support on employee files and records by ensuring that all necessary support documents have been filed.
- Liaise with employees and external candidates to provide support where required and answer queries with regards to various issues.
- Schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interviews scheduled.
- Learn the employee benefits program including insurance, paid over time, and other benefits offered by the company.
- Make phone calls to new candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications.
- Ask questions and make notes on HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal employees by assisting them with any queries they may have.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and conditions of engagement.
- Offer assistance in ensuring smooth trainings
- Stay up to date with industrial trends and best practices.
- Any other duties from the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
