Job Summary:   The HR Graduate Trainee learns and offers support to the HR team and ensures efficiency and seamless HR practices.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR team to ensure efficient on-boarding process
  • Provide administrative support on employee files and records by ensuring that all necessary support documents have been filed.
  • Liaise with employees and external candidates to provide support where required and answer queries with regards to various issues.
  • Schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interviews scheduled.
  • Learn the employee benefits program including insurance, paid over time, and other benefits offered by the company.
  • Make phone calls to new candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications.
  • Ask questions and make notes on HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal employees by assisting them with any queries they may have.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and conditions of engagement.
  • Offer assistance in ensuring smooth trainings
  • Stay up to date with industrial trends and best practices.
  • Any other duties from the supervisor




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
