As a result, smallholder families are driving prosperous development of their livelihoods for themselves and their communities. Since 2005, we have supported more than 80,000 coffee growing households in 17 districts.
Job Summary: The M&E Officer will manage the implementation of MEL system in the project area, ensure data quality and safeguard proper data management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a university degree in statistics, economics, Agricultural Science or other related fields.
- Post graduate qualification in M&E
- Five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of agricultural related interventions
- Strong knowledge and experience in data collection, entry and analysis using modern applications.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel and CommCare will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Information Systems
- Strong report writing skills.
