Job Summary:   The Manager, Relationship will build and maintain positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve a designated portfolio of Oil and Gas accounts in the Commercial Banking business segment.
  • Develop and grow the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offering suitable banking services to existing customers.
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team.
  • Portfolio management that includes  regular review of facilities and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality is maintained.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a First degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines from a reputable University.
  • Master’s Degree or any other certification will be an advantage
  • 5-7 years experience including relationship management experience as a Business Banker or Relationship Manager.
  • Significant product knowledge including specialized products and financial structures.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and client financial analysis.
  • Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential.
