The Mukwano Group of Companies is the leading manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in the Great Lakes region, producing a wide range of market leader brands in soaps, edible cooking oils and fats, detergents, beverages, personal care products and plastics.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling Production confirmation on a daily basis.
  • Preparing material reservation on a daily basis.
  • Handling maintenance module for preventive as well as breakdown.
  • Generating Overall Equipment Efficiency data and other plant side data.
  • Preparing stock reconciliation on a daily basis.
  • Compiling and filling copies of the necessary documents.
  • Any other duties assigned by Business Unit Manager from time to ensure continuous flow of work.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in information technology or any other business-related discipline.
  • One year of working experience in a similar role in a large company
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Process is an added advantage.
  • Result Oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills
  • Records management skills, and knowledge of computer packages, professional skills and good behavioral competences
