Job Title:  Branch IT Administrator (Fresher Jobs)

Reports to: Team Leader Branch IT Administration

Centenary Bank is a leading Commercial Microfinance Bank serving over a third of the banking population with services that can be accessed across 80 branches, 191 ATMs and over 5,200 CenteAgents and other digital platforms.

Job Summary:   The Branch IT Administrator will provide technical support to all end users & systems of the bank.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related area.
• The following certifications or training will be an added advantage: ITIL V4. CompTIA A+, Coding languages (eg C++, Java, JavaScript), CCNA, Data Science, Linux, Microsoft & any other IT related certification.
• One year of experience in an IT role in a large financial institution, telecommunication company, or a reputable organization.
• Delivering customer expectations
• Delivering operational excellence
• Following instructions and procedures
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation
• Planning and organizing
• Adaptability
• Understanding data and generating solutions
