Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Menu planning & development.
- Quality control,
- Staff management,
- Inventory management,
- Event planning & catering, budgeting, customer service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- Three years of experience in hotel & restaurants.
