Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Night Shift Field Officer. As a Field Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our supervisors, Inspectors and guards carry out their duties efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange with the operations manager for the deployment of guards and arrangement of relievers.
- Enforce security policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections.
- Check on all guards at posts and ensure that they have all the necessary equipment and uniform.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated security effort.
- Report and document security incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have proven experience as a Field officer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Physical fitness and flexibility to work for longer hours.
