Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will effectively partner with the business leaders to devise a clear Human Resource and Culture strategy that are aligned with the C Care people strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Structure and lead the HR department to manage the daily operations by guiding and empowering the team members on all aspects of General human resources Develop and implement effective HR policies related to Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations that will help to achieve organizational goals.
- Constantly ensure that the structure of the organisation is adequate with regards to evolving business needs.
- Develop engagement initiatives that will promote employee engagement and create a performance driven culture.
- Analyse Key HR Metrics to understand the workforce dynamics and provide recommendations to the Senior Management for proper managerial decisions.
- Manage the compensation unit and ensure alignment of compensation model to market trends whilst maintaining a sustainable staff cost.
- Act as a coach and counsellor to the Senior Leadership team to build and sustain their people capability.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, standards, and applicable legal aspects.
- Ensure that all HR policies and initiatives are aligned with C-Care corporate HR strategy.
- Lead the digitalization project of the HR and payroll system.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other equivalent qualifications.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Sound and updated knowledge of HR trends and practices
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership capabilities.
- Experience in implementation of HR and Payroll system.
- Proactive and ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast paced environment.
