Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team to help drive revenue. He/she will motivate their team to generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
- Prepare the sales budget.
- Create a team of competitive and efficient sales representatives through effective supervision.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress, planning thoroughly, setting sales goals and analyzing performance data.
- Forecasting sales accurately and scientifically by constantly searching for new and profitable markets.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Ensure that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Make monthly Sales departmental reports.
- Assist the management team in product planning by suggesting improvements in product design, style, size, attributes e.t.c
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- Prior experience in managing and directing a sales team, planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Knowledge of Ms. Office software
- Knowledge of how to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage
