Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing / Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health (2019).
- State-qualified anesthetist nurses (ADE), State-qualified clinical officers, specialized clinical officers, or paramedics.
- Five years of experience in an Emergency (or Intensive Care) department, and pre-hospital emergency medicine.
- Experience on remote sites in Oil & Gas environment.
- Capable to handle any life / death emergency on site according to the international standards in force (working under a protocol with the possibility of communicating any time with a physician).
- BLS/ATLS/ACLS/PHTLS/ITLS qualification | Perfect knowledge.
- Qualification in mar n management (IT/dashboard/ excel/word / team management)
- Good communication skills (fluent in English is a minimum).
- Ability to carry out routine primary health care including patient assessment, patient resuscitation, medical care, patient monitoring, ECG, immobilization, rapid laboratory tests.
- Qualification in hygiene | Trainer in Basic first Aid and / or advanced first Aid.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work successfully in a small team with minimal supervision.
