Job Title:  Travel Consultant (Several Fresher Positions)

Job Summary:   This is a full-time on-site role located in Kampala for a Travel Consultant at TIO Tours And Travel. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating travel itineraries for clients, researching destinations, and booking reservations. They will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all arrangements are seamless, affordable, and tailored to client preferences. The Travel Consultant will also ensure that clients have all necessary documentation and information, such as visas, travel insurance, and health requirements.

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Consultants to join our team. If you are passionate about the travel industry and possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience working in a travel agency or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of travel destinations, visas, travel insurance, and health requirements
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
