About US:
Bukona Agro Processors Ltd manufactures denatured ethanolfor use as a clean cooking fuel. The company also has its own ethanol fueled stoves and pressure cookers selling under the brand name Greenergy. The factory operates under the renewable energy sector as it offers clean cooking energy solutions, that is sustainable and environmentally friendly to its Business to Customer and Business to Business market segments in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute group and individual sales in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe: aiming to sell 100 stoves per month as a team.
- Develop and report on prospects and leads generated in the field.
- Help market and create brand awareness of the Greenergy bio stove name in Uganda.
- Ensure new customers can use their stoves properly and revisit new customers that need extra assistance.
- Identify inefficiencies in expenses to reduce overall costs.
- Any other tasks that are requested by the Green ambassador, Sales Manager.
- Promote and sell Greenergy starter packs and fuel through direct sales effort.
- Conduct product demonstration and educate potential customers about the benefits and features of the ethanol cooking technology.
- Identify and engage with potential customers including individuals, companies’ institutions and communities to generate sales lead.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer services and addressing inquires or concerns.
- Achieve sales target and commission goal set by the Sales Manager.
- Report daily sales activities , customer feedback and market trends to the team leader and sales manager
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trend to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer questions.
- Collaborate with the call centre team to provide feedback on customer need and preference.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field from a recognized higher institution of learning.
- At least two years of experience in the field of marketing in a competitive environment preferably within the Energy sector.
- Good Communication skills and knowledge of Luganda and English plus local languages within Central Region of Uganda.
- Age: 25 – 35 years
