Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The HR Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing HR databases i.e automated payroll systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilise and allocate resources, plan, coordinate staff meetings & trainings.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain policies & procedures and ensure staff compliance.
• Proven experience in recruitment processes and procedures
