Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The HR Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Five years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing HR databases i.e automated payroll systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mobilise and allocate resources, plan, coordinate staff meetings & trainings.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain policies & procedures and ensure staff compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes and procedures
