Job Summary: The ICT Business Development Officer will drive crucial data-driven insights and strategies in the field of digital health AI. Your efforts will empower our mission to evolve the MLH platform and significantly enhance healthcare education and practice.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Conduct Marketing Research to identify opportunities for ICT product and opportunities
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform business development strategies
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate digital health AI projects, ensuring objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
- Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Spearhead data collection initiatives related to digital health AI, prioritizing accuracy and relevance.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to draw meaningful insights, influencing key project decisions.
ICT Strategy Implementation:
- Utilize cutting-edge ICT tools and methodologies to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technology integration within the MLH platform and other initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
- Engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, translating discussions into actionable data and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Prepare detailed project reports, maintaining clarity and adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Healthcare, Business Development/Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing ICT projects, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Analytical and ICT Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and familiarity with modern data collection and analysis tools.
- Ethical Conduct: A commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical data practices.
- Teamwork: Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic project environments.
- Adaptability: Flexible in adapting to new challenges and evolving project scopes.
