Job Summary: The Accountant – Receipts & RS Expenses will provide technical support to the finance function by ensuring that banking transactions are monitored and processed in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner that ensures the company is fully collecting all receipts from its customers in time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Post all local customer receipts as per verified bank advices/statement and ensure all receipts posted are allocated to the respective customer invoices;
- Review all expense claims by route sales executives and ensure accuracy and integrity of the expense claims by the way of verifying the supporting documents;
- Sending weekly reports of revenue versus expenses for each UPC route sales accounts;
- Providing tracking information/reports for fuel and GPS trackers for all vehicles;
- Issuance of fuel for company vehicles (fixed fleet).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- At least two years of related working experience.
