Job Summary: As the Chief Operations Officer at Outbox Uganda Limited, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day activities, enhancing work productivity, and ensuring the seamless execution of organizational initiatives. Reporting directly to the Team Principal, you will provide operational leadership, lead process improvements, oversee quality control while providing strategic leadership to the team. As a COO, you are a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting only to the Team Principal. The overall goal of this position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
