Job Summary:   This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Tight Security Limited. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, managing recruitment and selection processes, and conducting training and development programs. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will report to the Human Resources Manager and will work closely with other departments to support organizational objectives.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in human resources management is a plus
  • Experience in Human Resources management (at least 5 years)
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven track record of managing employee relations
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
