Job Title:    Ambulance Driver

City Ambulance is a highly specialized Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider that offers prompt, professional and affordable, basic and advanced life support services. First incorporated in Uganda in 2012, the City Ambulance brand has expanded across the East African region with presence in Uganda and Tanzania.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A minimum requirement of Advanced Level Secondary School Certificate, or the equivalent.
• At least five years of experience as a professional driver with at least 2 driving classes.
• Demonstrable driving experience in 4WD / off-road/rescue vehicles of at least 3 years.
• Qualification in accordance with Tanzania or Uganda regulations.
• First Aid Training qualification / BLS (Basic Life Support) qualification / skills.
• Ability to support the medical team with daily checks, trainings, carry stretcher and emergency response bag.
