Job Summary: The Accountant – Depots will provide technical support to the finance function by monitoring and tracking of all upcountry customer invoices and handling all invoicing queries from customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of all depot sales orders/invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of delivery notes and goods return notes;
- Timely reconciliation and invoicing for route sales on daily/weekly basis;
- Ensure all depot sales and inventory related documents are properly secured;
- Review all expense claims by route sales executives and ensure accuracy and integrity of the expense claims by the way of verifying the supporting documents;
- Providing tracking information/reports for fuel and GPS trackers for all vehicles;
- Providing proof of deliveries for the presales to the Supervisor Accounts Receivable;
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Accounting or related field
- At least three years of related working experience
