Job Summary:   The Accountant – Depots will provide technical support to the finance function by monitoring and tracking of all upcountry customer invoices and handling all invoicing queries from customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of all depot sales orders/invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of delivery notes and goods return notes;
• Timely reconciliation and invoicing for route sales on daily/weekly basis;
• Ensure all depot sales and inventory related documents are properly secured;
• Review all expense claims by route sales executives and ensure accuracy and integrity of the expense claims by the way of verifying the supporting documents;
• Providing tracking information/reports for fuel and GPS trackers for all vehicles;
• Providing proof of deliveries for the presales to the Supervisor Accounts Receivable;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in Accounting or related field
• At least three years of related working experience
