Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and foster client relationships.
- Take ownership of a designated territory or region.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Marketing or related Fields from a recognized institution.
- Four to six years of progressive experience in sales (B2B, B2C).
- Proven track record of managing a territory or region as a sales head.
- Strong team player.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
