Job Title: Social Worker
Organisation: The Cookstove Project Uganda
Duty Station: Mukono, Uganda
About US:
The cookstove project is a non-profitable charitable organization dedicated to improving Health, improving the environment with clean cookstoves.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting baseline surveys at community level, Training staff on making of improved clean cook stoves
- Tracking household’s data of family beneficiaries in areas of operation
- Working with a dynamic team in implementation of the organizational Goals
- Participate in development of sustainability
- strategies for the project
- Monitoring and evaluation of project activities and impactful progress
- Generation of monthly reports
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Country Director.
- All positions will be reporting to the Country Director
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies, Arts with Social Sciences, Community Psychology
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Community driven and managed projects.
- Knowledge in Project Planning and Management will be an added advantage
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power point.
