Job Title:   Product Owner – MSE

Reports to: Head of Sales, Channels & Marketing

Letshego Uganda is a retail financial services business offering a range of financial products to the retail market in Uganda. Letshego Uganda is regulated by Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority and is one of the 11 subsidiaries of Letshego Holdings Limited across Africa.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality Loan portfolio in line with the Budget
• Maintain the PAR of 5% 30 days on a monthly basis
• Growth of Client numbers in line with the budget
• Zero tolerance to fraud.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics Marketing
• Seven years of experience in a high-ranking Sales and Product management position
• Experience in driving products initiatives end-to-end from planning to post rollout.
• Good judgment and decision-making ability- as well as a TEAM PLAYER
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and good time manager
