Job Summary: The Manager – IT Support Services will be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and technical support to internal users. You will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with various departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the IT support team, providing technical expertise to meet the organization’s IT needs.
- Monitor performance of IT systems, determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance the department’s capabilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Computer Engineering. Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA PMP.CISSP and other certificates are an added advantage.
- Five years of experience in a similar role in a highly professional and dynamic organization.
- Strong knowledge of IT security practices, backup mechanisms, and disaster recovery protocols.
