Job Summary: Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda is seeking a Manager in Training to join our team in Kampala. As a Manager in Training, you will work directly under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager, undertaking training to gain competencies in crucial roles of in the Manufacturing function. The primary goal of this role is to equip Trainees with the necessary skillsets to become future Managers. This is a full-time onsite role located in Kampala, Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Two years of experience in a leadership role, experience in a Manufacturing company is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Commercial acumen and business-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply
