Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the IT data centre operations
• Ensure systems availability and completion of critical systems processing through the ongoing monitoring and management of systems availability and performance and the execution of critical processing.
• Detect, analyze and resolve any fault or degradation in systems performance to ensure quality service delivery to all users as per agreed service levels.
• Operates all data centre systems and applications
• Performs troubleshooting and provision of solutions to internal customers as required.
• Daily Data Processing on Finacle Core and its peripheral products.
• Running backups for critical systems.
• Proactive monitoring and actioning of alerts from ITM and AppDynamics.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant for the Stanbic Bank job must hold a first Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Two years of experience with strong understanding of the business climate and technology needs in the global enterprise.
• Good understanding of the current state and direction of IT Infrastructure.
• Experience in design, develop, test and maintain the bank’s proprietary technology applications as well as those leased or purchased from third parties.
• Demonstrable good track record and integrity.
