Key Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Kampala Agency Director, the project manager participates in the following activities:
- Support to project managers in the instruction and monitoring of the execution of projects in the field of energy and public financial non-sovereign.
- Participation in the sectoral dialogue on the energy sector in Uganda;
- Participation in the identification of new sovereign or non-sovereign financing;
- Monitoring the financial risks of our partners via risk assessment sheets;
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have graduated from an engineering school.
- Particularly motivated by development issues, and with good knowledge of the energy sector.
- Mastery of financial analysis and risk analysis techniques required.
- A first experience in a developing country would be desirable, preferably in an English-speaking work environment.
- Real analysis, synthesis and writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong ability to adapt to a different cultural and sociological context, great open-mindedness, patience and rigor.
- Good organizational skills at work.
- Perfect command of English, both written and spoken, and comfortable with computers.
