Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To generate sales leads,
- Make presentations which later convert into sales
- Achieve monthly set sales targets
- Advise customers on appropriate life assurance products.
- Do daily sales report and submit to the sales supervisor
- Client’s servicing to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in any related field
- Good customer skills, good negotiation skills, aggressiveness and result oriented.
- Background in sales is an added advantage
Remuneration
- Attractive commission
- Weekly incentive, Monthly and quarterly
- Retainer on achieved targets.
