About the role:
Bulijjo Credit Limited is seeking proactive, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agent. This is an opportunity to join an exciting, fast-paced start-up in a rapidly growing sector of financial services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector, excellent sales and communications skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets. The role is offered on a commission basis at the Bulijjo Credit Limited office in Kampala CBD.
Responsibilities
- Pro-actively market loan products to individuals and businesses within the target market
- Log prospect details in the client database
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Support loans officer with record-keeping
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma level qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
- At least one year’s experience in a sales role within the private sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record in delivering against sales targets and growing an expanding portfolio
- Basic understanding of credit management and due diligence
- Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines and organize workload
Remuneration:
Commission on every loan sold + bonus for meeting targets
