Aspire One Beauty Co. Ltd is a sub-company to ASPIRE ONE LTD dealing in the importation and distribution of cosmetics and Dermaceuticals products from overseas. Aspire one beauty Co. Ltd is looking for a qualified candidate to join the team in our new beauty center, ‘THE POD’.
Job Summary: The Receptionist / Sales Assistant will be in charge of front desk management, customer support, and administrative tasks. Sales support and customer interaction required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and welcoming clients, directing clients to the right person or department; handling appointment bookings and enquiries
- Handling phone and email communications
- Keeping offices and equipment in good order, supporting management in the day to day operations of the business
- Handling procurement of items with support of management, assist in promotion of sales and company business.
- Maintenance of company documents, preparation of monthly and weekly reports in line with the company reports
- Attend meetings with and on behalf of the management team
- Handles other duties assigned by management in line with the position.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Two to three years of experience in admin/secretarial services, minimum of BSC in secretarial studies or admin related course.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as individually
- High attention to details, computer skills using at least Microsoft office package and familiarity Outlook and email platforms
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Female, Preferably below 32 years .
