Engineering Solutions Uganda Limited (ENGSOL) is a one-stop centre for all agricultural machinery ranging from Tafe & Massey Ferguson Tractors, related implements such as harrows, planters among others. We have excellent aftersales support and a client retention formula.
Job Summary: The Marketing Officer will be tasked with the development and promotion of the ENGSOL brand, agricultural product range, manufacturing ability, after-sales and training support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote Engsol Brand
- Design and implement effective but low-cost marketing strategies.
- Implement company’s Corporate Identity Plan
- Expand to new markets while maintaining a low customer acquisition cost.
- Implement Engsol customer loyalty Program
- Handle products launches & Promotions.
- Conduct ATL & BTL activities
- Coordinate internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Stakeholder management and engagement
Manage ENGSOL communication
- Operationalise Engsol Communication policy.
- Developing content for all marketing collateral and communications
- Publish company newsletters at agreed time intervals
Conduct Market Intelligence
- Gather market intelligence and latest pricing information for markets
- Study market trends and submit quarterly reports
- Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Second Class Upper Business Degree majoring in Marketing / Degree in Mass Communication, CIM membership
- Skills and experience in using data management and reporting using Microsoft office suite
