Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. In Uganda, CCBA is represented by Century Bottling Company Limited and Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited.
Job Summary: The successful candidates will undergo a 12-month accelerated development program designed to impart management, business knowledge and expertise in preparation for a management role within CCBA.
We are looking for MITs in the following Functions:
- Manufacturing and
- Sales & Marketing
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary focus of the Management Trainee is to maximize performance through:
- Rotation across respective Functions & Departments
- Mentoring sessions
- Intense On-the-Job training programs
- Leadership Development Programmes
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering and Supply Chain
- At least five years of experience
- Two years of managerial experience)
- Advanced MS skills
- Valid driver’s License
