Job Summary: Cyber School is looking to fill the position of Manager Human Resource & Office Administration, based in Kampala, Uganda. This position reports to the General Manager and the Project Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the human resource functions of the company and the E-learning Initiative Project efficiently and effectively, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training. Implements personnel policy and procedures.
- Develop, implement and uphold administration policies and procedures in order to achieve high standards of performance.
- Ensure efficient provision of office services consisting of cost-effective mail delivery systems, office security, transport, communication facilities and equipment, stationery, cleaning and arranging travel and social events.
- Create and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation
- Managing the Office Administration Department and its staff.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Should have good communication, interpersonal, leadership, motivational and analytical skills.
- Should have good public relations experience and negotiation skills.
- Ten years of experience in working with Human Resource Management.
