Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To evaluate, recommend and deploy appropriate technology solutions to business processes and manage ICT projects to enable the organization achieve its business goals
- To implement the ICT Strategy in line with company policies and procedures
- To develop ICT Infrastructure
- Bridge ICT and other departments/ stakeholders
- Review and approve technical reports
- Formulate data analytics to support Business Intelligence
- To provide analysis reports for user departments
- Co-ordinates Development and maintenance of our Website to ensure that it is constantly updated with the relevant information
- Maintenance of current e-mail/internet systems to ensure that neither is abused nor used in- appropriately.
- Training of new staff on Aims and all staff in CQ
- To drive the information technology needs of UAP Insurance through innovation to support the present and future business requirements of the organization.
- Coordinate IT activities including systems development, deployment and maintenance
- To conduct periodic /adhoc IT management reports
- To formulate, implement and update IT strategy and objectives
- To formulate, implement and manage IT budget in accordance to service targets and financial provisions agreed upon.
- To review and prove IT policies and procedures
- To recommend and implement new software/hardware technologies to support UAP business
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Honours Degree (Hons): Information Technology And Computer Science: Information Technology Management (Required)
