Job Summary:  UAP is building a pool of young talent through a structured development program  that will prepare them for placement in critical roles within the group in order to drive superior business results and contribute to the achievement of organizational  performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build Brand Loyalty: Embed the UAPOM culture and ways of working within the group through structured approach at identification, development and placement of skilled young talent who are engaged and loyal to UAPOM as the preferred employer of choice
• Build own timber: Create a talent pool/pipeline of highly skilled, motivated and well-prepared young professionals to position at short notice in key roles towards driving high performance
• Build organizational leadership bench strength: Provide an environment for nurturing the group’s future leadership through an accelerated structured business leadership program providing exposure to identified talent of the organization’s business operations.
• Integration: provide a framework to build a pool of talent that has cross functional / cross business understanding. This talent can be deployed to any line of business with ease thus promoting Integrated Financial Services agenda

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicants must hold a Bachelors Degree (B) (Required)
• Business, Business Operations, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Structured Approach, Ways of Working
