Job Summary:   As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests’ satisfaction from the moment they step through our doors. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all front office operations, including the front desk, concierge services, and guest relations. Your leadership will set the tone for the guest experience, making every stay at our hotel memorable and seamless.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of front office staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Manage guest relations and ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Train and mentor front office staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain front office inventory, including room availability and rate management.
  • Resolve guest issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front office management.

 



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The Front Office Manager should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passionate
  • The applicant should have a guest-focused personality with significant experience
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
