Job Summary: The Sales Representative/ Telesales Representative will develop and promote sales at one of the upcoming Lapaire Optical Centers, meeting physically with potential customers and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from the Optical Center and will directly report to the Branch Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reach out and attend potential customers over the phone.
- Increase awareness around clear sight to all potential customers
- Use your knowledge to explain the benefits of wearing eyeglasses
- Book appointments
- Follow up with customers and provide top-notch customer service.
- Follow-up with potential customers over the phone, answering their questions related to pricing, payment and delivery
- Present clear pricing and installment plans options to potential customers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing , or any relevant field,
- One year of professional experience in a business/retail setting.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic sales techniques and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- It is required from candidates to be proficient in accounting and analysis software (Excel etc.)
