Job Summary:   The Sales Representative/ Telesales Representative will develop and promote sales at one of the upcoming Lapaire Optical Centers, meeting physically with potential customers and handling customer calls. He/she will work closely with Optometrists from the Optical Center and will directly report to the Branch Manager.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out and attend potential customers over the phone.
  • Increase awareness around clear sight to all potential customers
  • Use your knowledge to explain the benefits of wearing eyeglasses
  • Book appointments
  • Follow up with customers and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Follow-up with potential customers over the phone, answering their questions related to pricing, payment and delivery
  • Present clear pricing and installment plans options to potential customers





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing , or any relevant field,
  • One year of professional experience in a business/retail setting.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic sales techniques and telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • It is required from candidates to be proficient in accounting and analysis software (Excel etc.)
