Job Summary: Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Friendly with great communication skills. We’re looking for a Front Office Associate to join our team at Gazelle Hospitality!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest billing, payments, and room assignment
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- At least two years of related work experience
