Job Summary: The Debt recovery Officer will be responsible for proactive management of all loans showing signs of deteriorating trends and non-performing accounts to turn around, improve optional performance and minimize financial loss to the institution.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance Banking, accounting or any relevant field.
- Two years of experience as credit officer in the debt recovery section of a financial institution
- Candidate range 25-28 Years
- Ability to communicate in both English and Luganda
- Decision making skills and result oriented personality with
- A high level of integrity and customer relationship management skills
