Job Title: Debt Collection Phone Agent (Fresher Call Centre Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer queries over the phone, email, SMS and chat.
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information. Make and receive calls as assigned by the Head of Customer care or Designated supervisor.
- Manage phone portfolio and ensure that set targets are achieved.
- Correctly update the communication logs for every interaction held.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sale to clients collect money over phone and correct defects in tracker functionality.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree of any discipline from a recognized university.
- A minimum of eight (8) months in a call centre
- Excellent knowledge in Computer Applications
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethics, and a proactive and positive attitude.
