Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily check the technical conditions of the assigned vehicle and keeping it clean.
- Performing weekly check of vehicles according to the MSF Logbook, to be performed together with the supervision of Log Supervisor
- Assist with the Service A of vehicles as requested, to be performed together with the Log Supervisor
- Ensure the security of the passengers in the vehicle and drive carefully, observing speed limits and traffic rules in the country as well as MSF security rules
- Ensure correct loading and offloading of the vehicle
- Ensure that all vehicle documents and the driver’s driving license are valid and always in the vehicle
- Inform the line manager of any incident involving the transportation of passengers or goods
- Know and respect the security rules related to vehicle movements, specifically related to customs, check points and roadblocks.
- Ensure all passengers know and respect the security rules. Know and respect security rules related to movements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have essential literacy and driving license (DL/D1 Class)
- Two years of previous experience
- Experience with specific vehicles (4X4)
- Experience in MSF or other NGO’s
- Language: Fluency (written and spoken) in English
