Job Title:  Guest Service Assistant (8 No Experience Customer Service Jobs)

Job Summary:   The Guest Service Assistants are responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests and visitors in various settings, such as hotels, resorts, or event venues

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma or equivalent (relevant certification is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexibility to adapt to changing guest requirements.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is advantageous
