Job Summary: The Office Assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support to various departments, maintaining office supplies, and contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Office Attendant should hold a Diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
- Previous office administration experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
