Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve set Bancassurance Retail Sales Target
- Execute marketing programs in line with the Bancassurance strategy for business growth.
- Sign up new insurance clients sourced from Retail and Workplace Banking
- Upsell and cross sell insurance to existing customers as per stipulated targets.
- Close leads assigned.
- Ensure client documentation is dispatched to Insurer with set timelines.
- Ensure timely premium collection from leads closed.
- Prepare relevant reports
- Understand the insurance legal environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- Certificate of Proficiency (Added advantage)
- Diploma in Insurance (Added advantage)
