Job Summary:  The 12 months intensive training program will expose the Graduate Trainees to;

• Contribute to solving real business challenges
• Mentoring from some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.
• Hands-on training in Telecom solutions development, Business operations and reporting.
• Team building in cross-functional and diverse settings.
• Opportunities exist in Sales and Distribution and Revenue Assurance.

Upon completion of the program, successful Trainees stand the opportunity to be enrolled for permanent jobs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicants for the Airtel Graduate Management Training Program 2023 must hold 1st or 2nd class upper degrees (Bachelors).
• Graduated within the last two years or awaiting graduation
• Faculty recommendation
• Communication and Presentation skills.
• Analytical skills
• Attention to Detail
• Proactive, Passionate and results oriented
• Eager to research and develop self
• High degree of creativity
