Job Summary: The Service Advisor will ensure customer satisfaction through accurately interpreting customer needs and communicating them to the workshop staff hence fixing the job right.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about vehicle maintenance/repair needs and prepare job cards.
- Provide advice tailored to customer needs in a caring and polite manner to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Keep customer promises through completion of all requests, fair prices and on-time delivery.
- Utilize the service appointment system to maximize facility and manpower capacity and reduce no show rate.
- Provide clear and fair cost estimates to customers and advise any changes.
- Keep customer informed of vehicle status and any changes.
- Comply with TSM-FIR, 5S and Anzen.
- Achieve timely debt/cash out standing collection from customers.
- Actively participate in achieving set service targets for PSFU, CSI, NPS, FIR & Service through-put.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree or Diploma in Automotive and power or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of automotive industry service processes
